Superfast Charging station
Collaboration signed with Free To X for the construction of 100% green electric car charging stations. Six columns will be built at Linate, four of which are superfast - 300kW - to accommodate 10 vehicles simultaneously with access to the service with both AC and DC connectors.
Push Lektro
SEA is inaugurating the fully electric push-back to move aircraft around the apron. It will work thanks to the autonomous lithium batteries for a whole working day, with a recharge time of just 4 hours.
eVolt
EVTOLs are safe and stable aircraft. Current technology makes it possible to cover distances of up to 150 km, in the urban and extra-urban context (eg “air taxi” and “airport shuttle” services).
Sustainable fuel
The bio share present in the product allows a GHG reduction of over 90% compared to the reference standard of the fossil mix.
Car sharing
Share Now arrives at Malpensa with 31 parking spaces at Terminal 1 of the airport, now reachable with one of the 1,000 shared cars of the Milanese fleet of the leading European operator. The service is also active at Milan Linate Airport.
Cobus and electric vehicles
Electric shuttles will connect terminal 1 with terminal 2 The new vehicles, 12 meters long, are powered by High Power lithium batteries that guarantee an autonomy of about 120 km.
Smart hub
A space dedicated to intermodality (electric car sharing, bike sharing, e-scooter) will be inaugurated at Linate equipped with innovative technologies such as smart lighting, devices and research totems for wayfinding, service areas for the new e-mobility etc. with the aim of promoting intermodality.

Malpensa and Linate are among the European airports that have set themselves the goal of a net zero carbon footprint by 2030, formalizing this commitment by attaining the highest level (4+) certification from Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA), the voluntary CO2 emissions reduction program.
