The Organisation and Management Model, defined by Legislative Decree 231/2001, constitutes a key pillar in the company’s control systems. The Model plays an essential role for all employees and collaborators, as well as external parties dealing with SEA, providing clear guidelines, control procedures and preventive measures to counter the commission of offences and unlawful practices.
The Model, which has been adopted since 2003, is periodically revised to incorporate organisational changes, and the Group’s Code of Ethics is an integral part and fundamental part of it.
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, the Company has appointed a Supervisory Board with the task of supervising the operation of and compliance with the Organisation and Management Model and overseeing its updating.
All addressees are required to be familiar with the Model, to actively contribute to its implementation, and to report any shortcomings/violations to the Supervisory Board.
