New Operating Procedures for Airport ID pass requests - Starting Feb 20 2025
In accordance with the resolution adopted by CISA during the session held on December 6, 2024, regarding the tariff regime for airport entry passes (TIA), the Board of Directors of ENAC issued Resolution No. 60/2024 on December 20, 2024, the details of which are provided in the annex.
Starting from February 20, the application for TIA requests will be available on the ENAC Web Services portal. Submitting a request for issuance will require the payment of a fixed fee of €2.00 for authorization, via the PagoPa system.
Before initiating the evaluation process for TIA issuance, the airport operator will verify that the required payment has been made by acquiring the corresponding receipt. This receipt must be uploaded by the requesting company and/or its affiliated entity on the portal at https://pratichetesserini.seamilano.eu/login
Therefore, before submitting requests complete with the required documentation, applicants are advised to access the ENAC Web Services portal, fill out the specific form, and make the payment. The electronic receipt generated by the PagoPa system must also be attached to the application, following the detailed operational instructions available in Annex 1 prepared by ENAC.
Starting May 2 2023, the Badge Office will operate at Terminal 1. Opening hours and days to the public remain the same: Monday-Friday except holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Starting October 1 2022 the Ministry of the Interior - Central Directorate of Immigration and Border Police has confirmed that, all requests for the release of an airport card must be previously authorized by the aforementioned Directorate. The issue of the airport entry card, will take place only at the end of the checks carried out by the aforementioned Central Offices, which will therefore result in a delay in the release times of the aforementioned airport entry badges. In consideration of the foregoing, it is advisable to submit requests for the issue/renewal of airport badges with photos at the Malpensa and Linate Airport Badge Service office, at least 60 days (2 months) prior to the validity of the required title.
