The DNA of SEA People

We are a group made up of many different realities, like our people, united by the same culture. Our SEA People Manifesto outlines in ten points the identity and attitude of the people who work with us. These shared values, principles and behaviours are part of our culture and have been developed in collaboration with our people through various meetings and focus groups. These ten points are the stars that guide us.

My primary goal is to ensure an excellent experience for both internal and external customers. In everything I do, I ask myself how I can understand and meet the needs of my customers, the recipients of my work, and I take the necessary actions.

I make room for positivity and creativity to encourage innovation. I don't rely on "the way it's always been done"; I strive to look at my work from different perspectives and suggest changes to take advantage of new opportunities.

I am open to all forms of diversity. When working with people of different age, culture, gender, abilities and sexual orientation, I use inclusive, non-discriminatory language and behaviour, valuing the unique contribution of all.
