To foster the Innovation process, SEA activates trials of innovative solutions that have never been tested before in an airport environment. The goal is to create a tangible and valuable impact on passenger experience, airport operations, environmental sustainability, and administrative or staff processes. In order to gather sufficient elements for project evaluation and to assess deployment, these trials usually last between 3 and 12 months.
You can submit your proposal simply and quickly in a dedicated area of the supplier platform.
- If you are already registered on the Portal as a supplier, access the “My Company – Company Profile – Profile Data” section. From there, you can go to the “Additional Registration Data” page, select “Yes” for Innovation, and proceed to fill out the dedicated pages.
- If you are not yet registered on the portal, simply access this link, follow the registration process, and finally select the option “Yes” in response to the question “Do you want to submit a proposal for an innov
To submit your innovation proposal, it is not necessary to be qualified on the Supplier Register or to participate in tenders, so you can select “no” in response to the question “Are you interested in sourcing or in the qualification process?”
However, remember that by selecting “Yes,” you will have the opportunity to complete the registration to participate in tenders or to qualify for the Supplier Register.

We kindly ask you to include all the documentation you consider necessary to clearly express your proposal.
Once submitted, your idea will be taken over by the Innovation team, who will send you feedback as soon as possible.
