OUR RESULTS
We create lasting value
Our figures are about much more than just results.
They demonstrate the contribution we make to the local area and communities in building sustainable development and lasting, shared value.
KEY DATA
2025. A record-breaking year
In 2025, 42.3 million passengers passed through Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate airports, an increase of 18% compared with 2024.
CONSOLIDATED RESULTS
Rising results, driven by quality
Sustainability, safety, simplicity and comfort are the principles that inspire our vision and translate into tangible results.
In 2025, operating revenue reached €876.8 million (up 6.5% on the previous year).
A clear message: investing in quality adds value.
A bond to continue transforming airport
In January 2025, we successfully placed a EUR 300 million bond, listed on Euronext Dublin, to support our investments and continue to innovate Milan's airports.
This transaction reinforces SEA's growth strategy and consolidates its position on the European airport scene.
The bond, with a 7-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.5%, was intended for institutional investors and was over 10 times oversubscribed.
This result confirms the market's confidence in the Group's financial solidity and the vision that guides it.
The proceeds will be used to refinance maturing debt and fuel new projects oriented towards innovation, sustainability and service quality.
We thus continue to invest in the future of Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, focusing on passengers, territory and shared value.
According to CEO Armando Brunini, “this result confirms investors’ appreciation of our direction and allows us to continue with confidence in the development of Milan's airports, making them increasingly sustainable, efficient and close to the needs of travellers.”
INVESTMENTS
Structural development, a sustainable vision
We are building an increasingly responsible airport system.
In 2025, we focused our efforts on Malpensa, with the refurbishment of Terminal 1 and seismic retrofitting and maintenance works, whilst at Linate we continued with the expansion of the general aviation terminal and commissioned the new solar panel system, thereby improving energy efficiency and the environmental impact of our operations.
