SEA has always accompanied the academic path of colleagues' children by dedicating a series of structured proposals to them, featured in the "Future Lab" Welfare offer.
Today we are announcing a new initiative, tailored to those taking their first steps in the world of work: the teachers of SEA Academy have been involved, as part of the Generazioni d'Industria project of Univa (Industrial Union of the Province of Varese), in one of the episodes of a series of podcasts that aim to offer useful advice and guidance, for example, on how to write a successful CV or tackle a job interview.
The first episodes, available to all SEA employees, focus on drafting an effective CV and feature, along with Debora Carabelli (Fadis) and Lorenzo Genoni (Secondo Mona), our colleague Francesca Corridori, head of Recruiting and Employer Branding.
Generazioni d'Industria was founded in 2011 following the idea of the Industrial Union of the Province of Varese, to network School and Industry and bring young people closer to the business world, with practical collaboration projects between the entities involved. More than 40 companies are participating in the project together with SEA for the year 2021/2022.
