Michaela Castelli
Chairman
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, Michaela Castelli began her professional career in 2004 working in leading Italian law firms dealing with corporate law and financial markets; later she joined the Capital Market division of Banca Commerciale Italiana in the London branch, then consolidated her experience at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., where she dealt with the primary and secondary markets, assisting listed issuers on extraordinary transactions, price sensitive information, compliance, and corporate governance.
She is an expert in organization, corporate compliance, internal controls, and Legislative Decree 231 regulations.
Registered with the Milan Bar Association, consultant, member of Boards of Directors, Statutory Auditor in Audit Committees, and member of Supervisory Bodies of both listed and unlisted companies, she currently holds, among others, the position of Chairwoman of Epta SpA, Fiera Milano SpA, Engineering – Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A, and Fiber JVCO SpA.
In 2017, she was appointed member of the Board of Directors of SEA, of which she has been Chairwoman since 2018.

Armando Brunini
CEO and General Manager
Armando Brunini has been CEO of SEA Aeroporti di Milano since 2019.
Over the years, he has gained extensive and consolidated experience in the air transport sector, holding managerial positions in various companies in the industry: from Aeroporti di Roma as Head of Strategy, to Eurofly as Executive Vice President Commercial, then serving as General Manager at Bologna Airport from 2007 to 2013 (during the same period he was a member of the Board of Directors of SAGAT – Turin Airport), and was CEO of Naples Airport from April 2013 until 2019.
A board member of ACI Europe (European Airports Association) since 2013, he served as Vice President until 2018, and subsequently was President of the association from June 2023 to June 2025.
Since June 2025, he has also been a board member of ACI World (World Airports Association).
He is Vice President of Assaeroporti (Italian Airports Association).
He began his career in the business consulting sector, working for major international firms such as KPMG, PWC, and AT Kearney.
He graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from Federico II University of Naples.

Daniela Mainini
Vice President
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, Daniela Mainini has been practicing Industrial Law for over thirty years, with a particular focus on the criminal protection of businesses. She has gained significant experience in the protection of intellectual property and in corporate organizational diligence. In 1990, she founded the law firm Cirillo Mainini, which in 1998 became the Mainini & Associates Law Firm, of which she is the owner.
Appointed among the first Honorary Deputy Public Prosecutors at the Court of Milan, from 1990 to 2002 she served as Secretary General and Member of the Executive Council of COLC Italia (Anti-Counterfeiting Committee) and was the first President of CNAC (National Anti-Counterfeiting Council).
Since 2002, she has been President of the Centro Studi Grande Milano, an association that brings together representatives of businesses, institutions, the third sector, and charitable organizations with the aim of enhancing what makes Milan great.
She is Chair, among others, of the Supervisory Bodies of Albaleasing Spa, A2A Ambiente, EHT, Johnson Controls, Sharp, Rossetto, and Instrumentation Laboratory (Werfen Group). In 2022, she was appointed as a Board Member of SEA, where she currently serves as Vice President.

Franco Maria Antonio D’Alfonso
Director
A law graduate from the University of Milan with an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Franco D’Alfonso has held various positions of responsibility in the public and private sectors, including those of CEO of Canale 5 Music (entertainment) and the Bopa Group (tourism), as well as Councillor for Commerce of the Municipality of Milan and Budget of the Metropolitan City of Milan.
In 1981 he began his career as a management consultant at Telos Management (today Deloitte Consulting) and in 1983 he joined Italtel Spa (telecommunications) as assistant to the General Manager and in 1984 the Fininvest group as assistant manager to the DG Rti (Television), where he held numerous positions as general manager of production and foreign sales, CEO of record companies, publishers and production in the entertainment sector.
In May 2022 he was appointed as a Board Member of SEA spa.

Roberta Neri
Director
Roberta, graduated with honors in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University of Rome, began her career at Italsiel working on projects related to the information management of business procedures. Since 1991, she has been with Acea, first serving as Head of Planning and Control, then of Structured Finance, participating in the company's IPO in 1999. She later became Chief Financial Officer and, until 2009, played key roles in the group's growth strategy, particularly in the expansion of electric grid infrastructure, water distribution, purification, and waste-to-energy sectors, through both M&A operations and organic growth.
In 2009, she founded Byom, where, as CEO, she has been involved in investment activities as well as technical/financial advisory services in structuring operations for financial and industrial investors in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
In 2015, she was appointed CEO of Enav, where, until 2020, she managed, among other things, the company's IPO—the first of its kind in the sector globally. Since 2020, she has been an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Fund, a fund specializing in infrastructure investments in Europe in telecommunications, transport, energy, and other utilities.
Since 2020, the fund has carried out investments in Italy in the energy sector (including Sorgenia, jointly with F2I), telecommunications (Retelit and Iridios, now merged into Retelit), and transport (through the acquisition of 49% of 2i Aeroporti). She is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of Retelit and a Board Member of Sorgenia.
Since December 2024, in light of Asterion’s investment in the air transport sector in Italy, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of SEA (the airport management company for Linate and Malpensa), Gesac (Naples), Sagat (Turin), and AFVG, the company managing Trieste Airport. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Equita, an independent Italian investment bank. She previously served as a Board Member of Ryanair Holdings Public Limited Company.
She has also been Chair of the Board of Directors of MPS Leasing & Factoring and a Board Member of doValue. She has served as a Board Member and Chair of the Risk and Related Parties Committee at Acea, as well as Board Member of Cementir and Autostrade Meridionali per l’Italia.

Luca Angelo Allievi
Director
After graduating in Law in Milan in 1983, he began his career in 1984 at the Legislative and Economic Studies Office of a national food industry association within Confindustria. From 1989, he served as Head of the Technical and Administrative Area in the Legal Department of 3M Italia Group, and from 1993, he held the position of Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at the Otis Italia Group. In 1998, he became General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at Polimeri Europa Group, and in 2000 joined the Autogrill Group, where in 2003 he was appointed Group General Counsel and Director of Legal, Corporate Affairs and Institutional Relations at the Ras Group (later Allianz). In 2008, he became Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the A2A Group, and from 2015 until 2024, he served as Director of General Affairs at the 2i Rete Gas Group (Legal, Corporate and Sustainability, Regulatory, Tariffs, and Relations with Local Authorities).
He is currently a collaborator with Sorgenia and a board member of Tirreno Power. He has broad, cross-sector managerial experience and expertise in Corporate Governance in both listed and unlisted companies, serving as a member of Boards of Directors and/or Corporate Secretary roles.

Daniele De Giovanni
Director
He graduated in Statistical and Economic Sciences from the University of Bologna.
He then obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from Ca' Foscari University, with study periods at MIT. He began his professional career as a researcher at the University of Bologna, where he also served as an assistant in the Departments of Economics and Industrial Policy and Economic Policy.
He has also been a visiting professor at Stanford University and a lecturer at several postgraduate specialization schools. He later began his managerial career, holding various roles within IRI S.p.A., Alitalia S.p.A., Telecom Italia S.p.A., 9 Telecom SA, and British Telecom.
He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Alitalia. He subsequently held the position of head of the Prime Minister's Office.
After this experience, he resumed his managerial career within the Eni Group, holding various positions, including CFO of the Gas division.
He was later President and CEO of Enipower S.p.A. and CEO of Union Fenosa Gas (Spain). He has also served as a board member of SAVE S.p.A., Blue Stream Pipeline Company BV, South Stream Gas Transportation Company BV, Qahlat LNG, and Spanish Egyptian Gas Company.
Daniele De Giovanni is also an author of publications and has been a contributor to scientific journals and Il Sole 24 Ore.
He is currently a board member of IREN S.p.A.
