Milan, April 14, 2021 - The Board of Directors of SEA S.p.A. held on April 13, 2021, partially amending the decisions taken in the meeting held on March, 25 2021, has approved the postponement of the call date of the Shareholders’ AGM, setting it for June 8, 2021 in first call and, where required, in second call for June 15, 2021.
